MEET THE STAFF

Terri Sparber Bukacheski, LP/OF, CP
President and Clinical Director of Prosthetic Patient Management

Terri is an American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified Prosthetist and Florida licensed Prosthetist/Orthotic Fitter. She earned her Post-graduate Certificate in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University Prosthetic-Orthotic Center in Chicago in 1986 and earned her undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana University. From 1997-2001, Terri was a Governor appointed member of the Florida Licensure Board of Orthotists and Prosthetists.

As founder of Ortho Pro Associates in June of 1991, her personal and professional goals have always been to provide excellent patient care and quality service to those in need of prosthetic and orthotic care. Inspired by her father who has been a very active transfemoral amputee for over 40 years, Terri has a unique ability to communicate and understand the emotional trauma and insecurities confronting physically challenged individuals. She enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge presenting to local physicians, therapists, support groups and students in the community.

Aldo Alvarez, MS LPO,CPO
Clinical Director of Orthotic Patient Management

Aldo is an American Board for Certification (ABC) Certified and Florida licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist and has been with Ortho Pro Associates since 1996. He earned his Post-graduate Certificate in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Northwestern University Prosthetics-Orthotics Center in Chicago.

Aldo earned both his undergraduate degree in Microbiology and Masters Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami. He has worked with various sports medicine facilities and completed his internships with local orthopedic surgeons. Aldo is an avid Hurricanes fan and fluent in Spanish.

Juan Pablo Prieto, LOFA

Juan Pablo, "JP", is a Florida Licensed Orthotic Fitter Assistant and has been with Ortho Pro Associates since 1999. He is currently working on his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology at Florida International University with plans of attending Northwestern University's orthotics program after graduation. JP is an avid fisherman and fluent in Spanish.

Ana Estevez, Office Manager

Ana Estevez has been with Ortho Pro Associates since 1999 and manages all interoffice matters concerning insurance, billing verifications, authorizations and collections. Feel free to contact her if you have any questions.
