FOLLOW-UP AND GUARANTEE

Our patient care does not end with the fitting of an orthosis or prosthesis. There is an ongoing care plan that includes a follow-up visit within two or three weeks after final fitting to ensure that comfort and fit are optimal, and that proper protocol is being followed.

We guarantee our work for 90 days providing any necessary adjustments that may be required to assure optimal fit and function. Manufacturer warranties on components become effective on the day of final fitting.

Each patient receives a six month check up free of charge. This excludes necessary supplies, extensive repairs or modifications. Patients are advised to seek assistance from us if problems should arise prior to their scheduled appointment as needed.
